Public Meetings
Following McHenry County government Board meetings for developments in the area of environmental issue impact, hearings, and ordinances.
Accomplishments
Two Board members regularly keep track of meeting agenda items for both the Planning, Environment & Development Committee as well as the full County Board meetings. We have been vocal and making statements at meetings regarding the development of solar farms in McHenry County.
Goals
Enlist a Board member to keep an eye on meeting agendas for the purpose of being present and as needed, address the County Board at public hearings and also to inform office staff for public comment as needed.
