An evening with a nice bonfire, wine, cheese and crackers and good Defenders’ friends on the hilltop of our Dean Street property! What could be more relaxing than that? Our Membership Action Team would like to invite you to such an evening on June 11 at 6pm. Bring a bottle of your favorite wine to share, and we will supply the cheese and crackers! We’ll have soft drinks as well as other snacks to top off the evening. Bring your own cups and plates. Please park in the Soil and Water Conservation District parking lot at 2222 Dean Street. Then join us at the bonfire at the top of the hill on our property to the south of the lot. We have picnic tables to sit at, but you may wish to bring lawn chairs. And please plan for mosquitoes with long pants, long sleeves and repellant. We’ll hope for great weather, but just in case, our rain date is set for June 18.
