DESCRIPTION:Every year the Environmental Defenders of McHenry County teams up with the McHenry County Department of Health to put on several recycling events throughout the year. \nAt this event there will be: \nDocument Shredding \n \nPaper Tiger Document Solutions will have their shred truck onsite to securely shred your sensitive paper documents.\nPlease remember these important tips for quick shredding:\n1. The shredder can only take paper. No CD’s or thumb drives.\n2. Staples and paper clips do not need to be removed.\n3. Binder clips\, three ring binders and the like Need To Be Removed prior to shredding. Please do so before attending the event.\n4. Participants need to take back empty bags or boxes.

DESCRIPTION:A followup to our first Race\, where our Waste Reduction Action Team worked on getting composting in restaurants\, the next chapter will focus on breweries following sustainable practices\, such as recycling\, composting\, eliminating single use plastics\, etc.\n \nEach time you support a participating brewery\, just scan the posted QR code for your raffle entry.
