Northern Illinois Worm Farm (NIWF) is a rapidly growing business dedicated to producing the best all-natural, chemical-free plant food that increases yields while increasing flavor and nutritive values in produce. As part of our focus expressed in our byline, “Landfill Reduction Through Plant Production, we are focused on creating a community of fellow vermicomposters who help us reduce the waste food impact on our landfills. We teach others how to use the power of vermicomposting and support them in their efforts.
Jerry Callison got involved in vermiculture following a disabling illness, and he delights in presenting a fun, hands-on discussion of worms, vermicompost, and the power of individuals to make a difference.
