CUB Tips for Community Solar with Grace Concialdi
Join the Citizens Utility Board (CUB) for a presentation on community solar. This program allows renters, homeowners, and even small business to enjoy the benefits of solar power – lower bills – without having to install panels on their property. Currently, community solar companies are offering 10-20% savings. A CUB expert will explain how community solar works and provide tips on finding the offer that is right for you.
Grace Concialdi graduated from the University of Illinois in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Human Dimensions. She started at the Citizens Utility Board in 2024 as the Outreach Coordinator and transitioned into the Solar Outreach Coordinator in 2025. Since then she has travel throughout the state educating consumers on their solar options.
5pm begins our social hour to mix, mingle and meet like-minded peers. Presentation starts at 5:45 pm! We encourage all guests to order food before the presentations begin or make a dining room table reservation for after the presentation.
Food and beverages available from Duke’s menu: before, during or after the event. Kitchen closes at 8pm.
